Inclusion / SEN
We operate an inclusive policy with children with Special Educational Needs who are fully integrated into the life of the school. Senior staff, including our SENCo, plan and implement policy and practise regarding children identified with Special Educational Needs; regular diagnostic and progress testing ensures progress is monitored closely. All staff are aware of the importance of early identification of children who require additional or different provision. Our SEN inclusion manager ensures that we work closely with parents, carers and a variety of support services which includes the Educational Psychology Service.
