Continuing Professional Development

At St. Edward’s Royal Free Ecumenical Middle School we are passionate about CPD. We want staff to feel valued and able to learn more about their chosen vocation during their time here.

Staff training available is documented in our CPD menu.

Recent staff training is evaluated and shared in our CPD Bulletins.

Staff have learning discussions at our Popcorn and Pedagogy reading group in school on a termly basis.

Many staff are supported through national professional qualifications and supported with their own learning development on masters courses.

We also have a CPD twitter feed @sterfcpd which staff can follow for inspiration.
